CHARITY CELEBRATES MBE FOR SDW

Sarah is one of the founders of ReRun, Dorset Runaways Service, and this award recognises her services for a lifelong commitment to her community and young people. Sarah’s voluntary work started in the scouting movement and over the years has included working with the homeless, in community development, furniture recycling, international youth work, her local community farm and the Tall Ships Youth Trust.

She has had involvement in the national campaign for young runaways and as Chief Executive of ReRun, now ReachOut has worked tirelessly to ensure that this local charity provides high quality services to vulnerable young people and their families.
